Among our artisans and customers, we have a wealth of accumulated knowledge. We build time into our busy schedules to have teachable moments where the more experienced members of our team share skills with other team members. As a result, we have a stronger, more qualified team that is better equipped to handle whatever the day throws at us. We also pair every new apprentice creative with an experienced artisan, who can help them learn the ins and outs of developing and managing projects.
No one likes to struggle, but we all know that times of difficulty result in the greatest personal growth. During the creative process, we are bound to encounter a problem or two. Instead of letting problems derail the quality of our work, we use these times to make us better artisans. If you are a customer, be patient with us. We may not always get it right the first time, but that is part of the process. We will make it right in the end--down to the minutest detail.
A lot of time and planning goes into our creative process. Each member of our collaborative sits in on these planning sessions, so they are fully informed about every detail of the project. This inclusion helps each one of us to fully partake in and own what we are building. Knowledge brings responsibility. If each of our artisans takes ownership of the project, then they are more likely to build better web applications.
